AMTELCO’s eConferenceLink – Web-based Conferencing

McFarland, WI—April 2003—AMTELCO is pleased to introduce the new hosted service, eConferenceLink. Many companies today are choosing to give presentations and training sessions over the Web rather than to travel. This is a trend that will continue to grow as more and more companies realize the power and cost reduction Web conferencing can offer.

As a hosted service, eConferenceLink is available to any call center with internet access. You can purchase time for conferences by selecting the number of seats you will need. Call centers can then rent these seats to their clients.

eConferenceLink can be used to have multiple presentations or training sessions active, with up to 20 participants in each conference. eConferenceLink provides a Slide View, a Share Screen View, and a Web Share View. Voice conferencing is available using Infinity Conference Bridge.

eConferenceLink Slide Presentation View
The Slide View allows the moderator to upload Microsoft® PowerPoint® slides to be included in the session. As the moderator steps through the slides, the audience also sees each slide.

eConferenceLink Share Screen View
The Share View allows the moderator to show the contents of their screen to the audience. This allows the moderator to do live interactive demos or training sessions with real applications.

eConferenceLink Web Share View
As the moderator clicks on links on the Web page, the attendees see the updates to the Web page in their Web Share view. Attendees can click on links to navigate the page themselves.
